Affiliate programme

How it works

You apply below; a person reads every application and approves each affiliate individually, with a commission tier set for you rather than picked from a menu. There are two sides to the programme, and you can be on either or both.

The terms, in plain English

These are the terms you agree to when you apply. They are short on purpose — read them.

• Your rate is set individually. Every rate is assigned to you personally when your application is approved, based on what you propose to do. The figures above are the mostwe pay on each side of the programme — a published maximum is not an entitlement, and applying does not qualify you for it. You'll be told your own rate in writing before you promote anything.
• What commission is calculated on. The product subtotal excluding VAT and excluding delivery, after any discount you pass to your audience. Membership commission is calculated on the payments we actually receive.
• Promotional months pay no commission. The free first month and any introductory-price months are not commissionable. Your commission starts with the first full-price membership payment and then runs for the life of the membership.
• When you get paid. Commission is held until the order's return window has closed, and is reversed automatically if the order is refunded or charged back. Payout method, minimum and schedule are confirmed with you at approval.
• Attribution. A referral is credited to you when the purchase happens within 30 days of your link being followed. Referral links are issued at approval.
• No self-referrals. Ordering through your own link — directly or through another account — forfeits the commission and can end your place on the programme. We check.
• No stacking.The discount you pass to your audience doesn't combine with vouchers, sale prices or other offers.
• Content rules — these are the serious ones. You must clearly disclose the commercial relationship in every promotion (#ad), as UK advertising rules require. And you must never make health claims about any product — nothing a product label itself doesn't say, no disease, treatment or transformation claims of any kind. A breach of the content rules ends your participation immediately and forfeits unpaid commission.
• Your audience's privacy. You'll see aggregate figures and your own commission — never a customer's name, address, email or order contents.
• Changes.An agreed membership rate stands for as long as that membership runs, subject to 30 days' written notice of any change to the programme. We can close the programme to new referrals with the same notice.
