How and where we deliver, and how returns work.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. Orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Delivery cost

Delivery is a flat £5.99. Orders of £50 or more qualify for free UK delivery.

Delivery times

Order by 4pm on a working day (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) for next-working-day delivery with DPD. Orders placed after 4pm, or at weekends and on bank holidays, are dispatched the next working day.

DPD provides a one-hour delivery window with SMS and email tracking, plus safe-place, neighbour, and pickup options. Busy sale periods or courier disruption can occasionally add a little time.

Tracking

You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived when expected, email Support@WiSwish.com with your order number and we'll help.

Returns (change of mind)

You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. It must be unused and in its original, sealed condition, with proof of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice or delivery note in the parcel. (14 days is the UK statutory minimum cooling-off period for online orders.)

Return postage is arranged and paid for by you. Items sent back without a return first being requested and approved cannot be accepted.

Items we cannot accept

For health and hygiene reasons, supplements and consumables (powders, protein, drinks, bars, gels and similar) cannot be returned once the seal is broken or the packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty. Returned products must be unopened and in a resaleable condition. We also cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to return

To start a return, email Support@WiSwish.com. Once your return is logged and approved, we'll email you the return address. Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund your original payment method within 14 days (your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it).

Faulty, damaged, wrong or missing items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please tell us within 48 hours: email Support@WiSwish.com with photos, and do not dispose of the item until we advise. If you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with the item description or barcode. If something is missing from your order, please report it within 48 hours. In these cases we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act.
