Model Cancellation Form

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day on which you (or someone you name) receive the goods. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the cancellation period expires.

You do not have to use the form below — any clear statement of your decision to cancel is enough. The quickest way is simply to email Support@WiSwish.com.

For health-protection and hygiene reasons, supplements that have been opened, or whose seal has been broken, cannot be returned once unsealed. Unopened, sealed items may be returned as set out above. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day we receive the goods back (or you provide evidence of having sent them back). We will use the same payment method you used, and you will not incur any fees for the refund. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
