These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from WiSwish Ltd (company no. 16740292). By using the site or placing an order, you accept them.

We sell genuine, branded health and sports-nutrition supplements. Product images and descriptions are for guidance; always read the manufacturer's label before use. Supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet or medical advice.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the total amount payable. WiSwish is not currently VAT-registered, so no VAT is added.

We take care to price and describe products accurately, but errors can occur; if we discover an error affecting your order we will contact you before proceeding. A contract is formed only once we confirm dispatch of your order.

All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer an alternative or a full refund.

Payment is taken securely at checkout by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay, handled by our regulated third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Delivery, cancellation, and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
